Cannot Create Snapshots

Hi I created a new droplet and want to take a snapshot, but whenever I try the system simply says I need to powerdown - even though it is powered down. Thanks Jerry

It seems silly, but I may recommend refreshing the page. Sometimes, it helps if the droplet is powered down but the snapshot screen isn't showing
