Question

Cannot launch jenkins slaves

Hi,

I am not able to launch slaves at all using the DigitalOcean Jenkins plugin… It goes like bootloop. Any advises on how to fix this?

This is what I see in the logs:

java.io.IOException: Agent failed to connect, even though the launcher didn't report it. See the log output for details.

The droplet gets launched but it never gets connected to the master and gets destroyed. This keeps happening and never gets successfully connected… I tried increasing the timeout but no luck.

This is the plugin I use: https://plugins.jenkins.io/digitalocean-plugin
