It looks like the email address you’re contacting us from isn’t associated with any DigitalOcean accounts. As a result, our ability to help is limited.

Is it possible for you to send us an email from the address associated with your account? You can send an email to support@digitalocean.com and your request should be allocated a ticket number by our Support System.

  • As you attempted to you can open a ticket from the control panel.
  • You can open a ticket from the public form here without signing in.
  • You can email contact@digitalocean.com from the email address on your account
