Cannot ping my default gateway

So this just happenned after a server restart using shutdown -r now, without anything else changed explicitly by us.

Suddenly i couldnt ping my droplet ip from my local laptop, cannot ssh to that ip address.

I had to go to the droplet control panel and click console. From there pinging the default gateway also failed.

I attach these screen captures from the droplet console through the browser:

My ufw status and ip addr

My ip route + ping + uname -a + dmesg

I assume there’s something wrong the the eth0, since i cannot ping anything else other than own ip address. ufw is already disabled.

Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Tried the support, but the response is very slow, and imho very lacking in helpful replies and the next actions.

I dont know how to edit the original post, but the second imgur link is not working because of missing i. subdomain. Here’s the working image link.

You’re firewall is not enabled, but I’m not 100% sure why you can’t access it. Do you have the correct firewall rules setup on Digital Ocean itself?
