I owe DigitalOcean only 3$ for the past month but I cannot pay that because the site says: Cannot process amount bellow 5$. So now everyday I receive email from DigitalOcean saying it cannot complete the payment. While this is happening I cannot create new droplets and therefore cannot increase that amount to above 5$. How can I resolve this issue ?

For Paypal we cannot accept lower than $5 payments, however, you can pay $5 and the 2 extra will stay on your account as credit for your next payment.
