What is the reason for this report?

Cant create new droplet from Snapshot , always Fail Error Removed See Pictures

Well , try few days and in different ways but no luck , always same error while creating droplet from my snapshot , , real many google customers have same in different situations, whats issue with how to resolve this? See attached images please. Example link Example link
