Posted on June 14, 2017

I have a droplet which has been running for nearly 2 years just to day I could bnot access it so I logged into the CP to notice it’s got a different IP address. It’s hosted in the London centre. I really need it put back and would like to understand how such a thing could happen.

Hi @GerryGerry

I’ve never heard of that happening before. I would recommend that you create a ticket under Support in the control panel. If you have time after support, it would be nice to know what happened.
