Centos6.7 with LEMP - problem with Wordpress on Update latest version in Control Panel

I have follow below LEMP and Wordpress installation Guide
But I facing problem on update the wordpress in mydomain.com/wp-admin/update-core.php
Update page sstill showing after I have updated to 4.5.2. (Which my worldpress version is showing on bottom right corner of the CP)

I’ve read the support forums from Wordpress, and it seems that they’re indicating that you should re-try the upgrade, or upgrade manually. Give that a shot and let us know how that goes!
