Hi! I was looking to work with Cloudways and DigitalOcean because I don’t have experience in Linux administration. Do Cloudways really do everything for us? Such as security and everything that a shared hosting provides?

You don’t need to have Linux experience to host your website on DO servers through Cloudways.
