command won't finish running

I'm using capistrano to deploy a very small Ruby on Rails application to a droplet with ubuntu and postgres. It's been stuck on this command for more than 15 minutes. From blogposts and StackOverflow questions on the topic, it shouldn't take that long to run this command, but it's also not throwing an error. Are there any Rails users who might be able to tell me what the problem could be? command finished in 171ms * 2013-06-27 12:57:07 executing `bundle:install' * executing "cd /home/mi/apps/qbruby2/releases/20130627195707 && bundle install --gemfile /home/mi/apps/qbruby2/releases/20130627195707/Gemfile --path /home/mi/apps/qbruby2/shared/bundle --deployment --quiet --without development test" servers: [""] [] executing command

Try removing --quiet and see if there are any errors or anything helpful in the output.
That's a good idea. However, I don't know how to remove that command. It's generated automatically by the script. This is the deploy file
Setting this command in deploy.rb will run it with quiet off

set :bundle_flags, "--deployment"
