I entered my website today and I found that the wp-config.php was removed (by, maybe, a hacker), and this is the page I see
what should i do? the rest of the files are ok, what how could I restore the ‘wp-config.php’ file?

Grand the default wp-config-sample.php from the wordpress installation directory and put your DB login and pass. It should hook up OK.
