I would like a tutorial to use DO Kubernetes service with Nginx and PHP fpm. The one provided on DO site: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-deploy-a-php-application-with-kubernetes-on-ubuntu-18-04#prerequisites is not accurate as it doesn’t allow to share a volume between Nginx and PHP, then I would like to know how I can configure a working Nginx using Kubernetes DO manage service.

The tutorial that you are looking at is not for the managed kubernetes but for unmanaged cluster.
I think that with the managed cluster you can simply add a volume by following the steps here:
