Configuring the api-server

Hi

Will it be possible to hook into the kube-apiserver to configure it? For example if I would like to log in to cluster using Open ID Connect id tokens:

https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/access-authn-authz/authentication/#configuring-the-api-server

I would need to configure the oidc parameters on the api-server.

Hi there,

Because Kubernetes is a managed service, users do not have access to the masters or nodes to make configuration changes or updates to the underlying virtual machine. This intended to maintain a level of supportability and stability for our Kubernetes service. The master api is currently not configurable in this way. However, rest assured we are currently aware of issues regarding cluster authentication and authorization. These discussions are currently on the backlog for our engineering team.
