Confirmation page for Paypal Advanced payments

Hi, recently moved my ecommerce site to digitalocean from 1and1. Was using Paypal Advanced as the merchant account successfully.

But since the move, its not working properly. The transaction happens successfully however the confirmation page does not appear.

Contacted paypal and they said all is good on their end. Was wondering if its a permission issues on my end since the confirmation shows up in a iframe?


@admin063cdffffd - If you moved your wordpress database and files, then you may have a stale URL somewhere. Bring up the browser console or developer tools (chrome menu “More tools” -> Developer tools" and then click the Network tab) and then try a transaction. Look for any errors, usually in red, that might indicate an old or misformed URL. It’s also good to look at the network transactions to make sure you are accessing the new site.

It’s very tough to tell from just the information you provided. Is the confirmation a static page? Are you able to access it directly if it is? If not, is anything recorded in your web server’s log files when the page fails to display? These details will help to narrow down the issue.
