Connecting API to Minecraft

  • Posted February 28, 2015

Hello, I want to know if it’s possible to connect the API to a Minecraft Plugin. The really crowded hours a between 4pm and 9pm on week days and from 7am to 10pm on week-ends. I would like to be able to turn on and off droplets and then run commands on them. Would it be possible? Would it be hard to do? Would I need something special? Would someone know how to do it?

Short answer is yes, thats why there is an API, but not sure if MC server can add a new node without a restart.

I know it’s possible using Redis… In fact, there’s plugins for it. Other than that, though, I’d have to give it a solid maybe.

But usually, as long as there’s an API, there’s a possibility. The fun part is finding out how to utilize it.
