Create Name Server on VPS

Hi, I'm practicing on this server . my question is : how can create my own "name server" as ns1.dominio.com and ns2.dominio.com .

I have installed zpanel on ubuntu 12.04 , Vps 512MB, 20Gb , 1tb

Find a piece of software that does what you require, install and configure it with the help of documentation. BIND9 seems to be the most popular option at the moment.     You need to have 2 servers ? , What I can not do with one?

    At least 2 nameservers are recommended for failover purposes as DNS is designed to be a high availability service.

    New Domains, DNS should they target? the NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM and NS2.DIGITALOCEAN.COM

    Yes, using DigitalOcean nameservers just means you have to update the records from within the DigitalOcean panel.

and record type use? I used the A with Dominio.com value and my ip.
Example: Record Type: A agenciauando.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

    why do you require NS servers? do you want to start a hosting business? I fully recommend you to pay a plan with Cloudflare and manage your NS servers there. Also you can use theirs for free with a free plan only difference is you don't use your own domain name but not a big deal.
