Hi,

We have already created one team from our account but now want to create another team (to isolate resources and accesses) but I can’t find the create team option anymore.

Is this not possible? What is the workaround to isolate two separate start-ups?

Thanks in advance.

Hello

I can see this was already asked in the community and of the moderators have answered the question in - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-can-create-one-more-team

“You can be a part of up to 10 teams so this should not be a problem. You should be able to open the account dropdown by clicking on the arrow on the top right, next to your avatar and select Create a Team.”

Additional info from the same question:

To create a team account it does require that you have an existing payment profile on your personal account. You should be able to create another team account after you have added this payment profile to your personal account from the billing page.

Please let me know if that helps.

Teams are now available from DigitalOcean! This feature enables you to invite multiple users to access and manage your resources, such as Droplets, without having to share your own login credentials or billing information with them. Teams are recommended for project leaders and business owners who want to share control of server infrastructure with trusted collaborators, such as developers and system administrators.
