Hello, we have problem with cron process that run in our server. we cron data from other site and today we starting to get error

cron logic cant get information
until today we was able to access this information but now we can only access him from our local computer and not from this server.
we have changed the hostname and fqdn of the server but we also restore everything and still we get this 2 errors. on local everything work well.

It’s possible after changing the hostname/fqdn actually caused the error however it does seem unlikely. The issue most probably comes from your connection. You didn’t provide much information of the cron itself however I’ll assume you connect to an external source doing something. This would suggest your IP not being able to access this external source and it’s something you’ll need to focus your attention to in order to fix it.
