Hi,
I tried logging in to Cyberduck today and after the very first try it gives me this error: “Exhausted available authentication method. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance”.
It has never happened before. And even if by accident I entered the wrong login info, it shouldn’t happen on the first try.
I use ServerPilot but they have access to the login info. I am assuming maybe somebody tried to hack in but my passwords are strong so it locked out.
My question is, what do I need to do to gain access? Would I need to contact Digital Ocean or is it something I need to do within my DO droplet?
Thank you very much in advance.

For anyone reading else having this issue, I fixed the issue by simply logging in to my Serverpilot account and resetting the password. Once I rest the password, I was able to login to Cyberduck with the new password.
