Data Migration from one Digital Ocean Database cluster to another

I don’t understand why im getting “We ran into an issue with migration” error and 3 separate errors saying “user cannot manage replication slots”. The postgres versions are the same and the trusted sources are removed for both but im still getting an error

I believe that the migration tool is for migrating data to a managed instance and would not work for migrating data out of the managed instance as it would lack the
superuserpermissions.What you could do instead is to use the
pg_dumpcommand and manually export your data and then import it to your new database as described here:https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/databases/postgresql/how-to/import-databases/
