We’re filling various vendor assessment questionnaires and multiple of them have questions about our datacenters and/or server rooms. Where could I find such details regarding a specific datacenter (e.g. FRA-1)?
Couple of example questions from the AQ-s:
- Are computer rooms protected against fire and flood?
- Does the organization have disaster recovery plans for data processing facilities?
- Is physical access to data processing equipment (servers and network equipment) restricted?

I’ve seen these questionnaires before, and we’re not able to answer many of the questions on them. They tend to be worded in a way that is better presented with a direct relationship between the person filling it out and a datacenter, where as we are a customer of the datacenter. With that said, the things that we can answer can be found under the pages linked here:
