My server ddosed so my traffic blocked for 3 hours. is there any anti ddos for ubuntu?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have DDoS protection on operating system level because your connection will be null routed at the network layer (before the attack reach your server) to prevent disruption for other clients on the network.
