deactivate my account and billing

If I can deactivate my account, does that mean I don’t have anymore money to pay?
If not, how do I pay my bill after I deactivate my account?

Settings page, in the bottom of this page you’ll see “Deactivate account”: https://cloud.digitalocean.com/settings/profile

You need to delete your droplets and pay your outstanding billing before you can deactivate your account.
