Delay on opened support ticket reply

Hi all,

First of all, thank you very much for your time. I opened a support ticket on “May 22, 2019 6:30 PM”. It’s crucial for the development of the product I’m working with, that I can have a response as soon as possible. I know there are some issues with the support team right now, but, is there a chance of contacting someone in the team in another way? Do you suggest me to open a new ticket? I really need the support…

Hey there,

Opening a secondary ticket will likely just mean that support is slowed down further as they have to process both the original ticket and the secondary one. Unfortunately, as a community there isn’t really anything more we can do to help other than to sit tight and wait for support to respond to your original ticket.
