Your ssh keys are stored in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys and you can remove them by deleting the file.
I deleted the file.. but still receive this error in PuTTY;
"Network error: Connection timed out" ...
what to do?
That sounds like your ssh service is not running or is prevented from listening on port 22. I would recommend logging in via the console in the control panel to check on your ssh service and ensure that you have connectivity on your public IP.
