How to clear / delete ssh keys in ubuntu 14.04
Add comments here to get more clarity or context around a question. To answer a question, use the “Answer” field below.
Your ssh keys are stored in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys and you can remove them by deleting the file.
I deleted the file.. but still receive this error in PuTTY;
"Network error: Connection timed out" ...
what to do?
That sounds like your ssh service is not running or is prevented from listening on port 22. I would recommend logging in via the console in the control panel to check on your ssh service and ensure that you have connectivity on your public IP. If you run into problems our support team should be able to help you out. You can open a ticket here.
