Did not receive snapshot request

I have followed the steps in in order to transfer snapshot to other team.

But on the receiving side control panel, I didnt see any pending snapshot request. Please help

When you issue a snapshot transfer the original account you should see in the images section that a transfer request has been issued. Until the snapshot is received on the receiving side you should be able to issue a “cancel snapshot transfer” command as well through the control panel.

On the receiving side you should see it as a pending transfer.

If you see the pending status on the sender and you don’t see it on the receiver, you may want to cancel the transfer and retry it and ensure that there wasn’t a typo in who the receiver was.
