What more to determine ? I have a droplet at singapore the speed is around same ?
Did you figure this out? Download speeds are wicked fast, but upload is full of it. It’s taking a friend of mine a while to upload 32 MB of files
I too had an issue with my droplets. I noticed sometimes it goes fast, and sometimes slower.
From within the digitalocean mirrors, the speed might vary at times. I noticed that stopping the connection and restarting made it go faster. It was taking ages to upgrade an Ubuntu droplet… by stopping the upgrade, and restarting, it went very fast.
I still have no idea what goes wrong that the droplet traffic is limited, but it may go fast after restarting the network action you are taking.
It’s probably an issue to be checked by DO.
