Well, its not that I am unhappy with DO service. I am satisfied and such is reflected in my answers but I wonder how did they get my email address ??
As if it’s DO’s own survey then would have been fine but if its done from third party, DO is handing over my email address to them ??

It is spam and they are simply using your domains contact information. If you do a whois search for your domain, it should match whatever email they are spamming.
