What is the reason for this report?

I’m a bit confused with pricing. Does each droplet get charged hourly? So if I had 10 droplets running for 10 hours with it costing $0.007 an hour I would get charged $0.70 at the end of the month?

Yes, each droplet is billable at an hourly rate - the DO support team is very happy to answer billing questions rather than having them posted on the community Q&A site.
