digitalocean is showing blank page after login. i have tried different browser but it is showing blank page in all browser

Could you please try to access your account using the incognito mode in your browser? In Chrome you can activate it with CTRL + N and in Firefox with CTRL + P in this way you can be sure that your browser’s extensions are not causing this issue.
