I destroyed all my droplets. Why am I still being charged?

Ensure there are no chargeable resources left in the account such as a floating IP (has a charge when not assigned), images/backups, load balancers etc…

Once this has been completed if there are descredencies you will need to submit a ticket with DO Billing Support.

I don’t understand what’s going on
I have a direct debit set up my bill was $43.... you tried to take out over $60
the bank blocked my card, I have unlocked it and still wont let me make payment.
this is not the first time this has happened.
I’m just about to pull the pin.
