I destroyed all my droplets. Why am I still being charged?

Hello I don’t understand what’s going on I have a direct debit set up my bill was $43… you tried to take out over $60 the bank blocked my card, I have unlocked it and still wont let me make payment. this is not the first time this has happened. I’m just about to pull the pin.

Ensure there are no chargeable resources left in the account such as a floating IP (has a charge when not assigned), images/backups, load balancers etc…

Once this has been completed if there are descredencies you will need to submit a ticket with DO Billing Support.
