Diiference: Mysql Droplet & Cluster

I purchased a MySQL Droplet in hope to deploy a database and access it via phpmyadmin on browser? Is this possible at first place?

Regarding the difference between a Managed MySQL cluster and a MySQL server installed on a Droplet, I would recommend checking the two answers here:

Regarding the PHPmyAdmin question, yes it looks like that PHPmyAdmin is installed by default on the MySQL image from the Marketplace:

You can access phpMyAdmin immediately by visiting the Droplet’s IP address in your browser followed by /phpmyadmin.
