Hello,
A few months ago I was testing DigitalOcean’s load balancers and activated Let’sEncrypt certificates for some domains. Subsequently I cancelled this service, but the certificates are still renewed automatically by DigitalOcean.
I need to deactivate this option, but I don’t find in the control panel any option on how to do it.

Hey! You cannot delete SSL certificates that are still in use in Load Balancer. Firstly, you have to edit or remove the forwarding rule so that it no longer uses the certificate. You can then delete the certificate under security tab via cloud panel. Here is documentation link which will help you in removing the SSL certificate from Load Balancer:
