I use follow commands in digital ocean server with centos 6
service iptables save
service iptables stop
chkconfig iptables off
but after some hours firewall enabled again. how to prevent it?

Can you please let me know why you would like to the iptables service disabled? You can check if you have any cron jobs that will start the service.
