Hi , i have been testing DO and I’m really happy with your services, unfortunately you don’t have mail hosting so I’ll have to keep it on the old hosting company for know, studying some others solutions…
But is time to change the web servers to my droplet, and know i have a question… I have access to DNS registar and i think i can change the name servers quit easily but if i change the records there, are mail records that are set on hosting CPanel also affected? I was thinking that i just had to change the DNS records in my DO settings, and update the records with the register, but must i delete all records in the other hosting company (keeping all the mail records ).

You can keep records on hosting company, but you need to setup the mx records in DO DNS manager redirecting emails to your old server.
Also you can forget your old service and try zohomail or google apps.
