DNS Credit

I look under my Billing tonight and seen a 5.00 DNS Credit. I think I know what its for by want to make sure, Was my Server down and thats why I got the Credit?

The DNS credit is for a promotion we are running for customers that use our DNS management service which is currently in Labs.

If you had an issue with a virtual server please open a support ticket and we can look into it.
