My domain kevsta.me isn't resolving. I entered DigitalOcean's NS servers, where I bought the domain: .me Domain Picture
I also set up the DNS part on Digital Ocean: Digital Ocean DNS Picture
I did the same exact thing for my .com website and the DNS resolved, but not for the .me website
It resolves fine to 220.127.116.11 which is a Digital Ocean IP, probably yours. Flush your dns cache or wait a while.
