Have you attached a SSH key to the Droplet? In that case, you will not get password e-mailed to you.
If you don’t, make sure to check your Spam folder. If you can’t find it, contact the Support team, they should be able to help you.
Hello, I am having problems using 1Password to log in to DigitalOcean.
If I copy the password from the app and paste it manually, it lets me log in. However, if I use the autofill feature, it throws me an error saying "Invalid email or password".
Is this a bug?
Hello, What is the public upload and download speeds of a droplet?
Mind my english, but lets say if i'm using digitalocean to host a server where people are connected and ping is very important to them. At the same time, because there is alot of space in my digitalocean droplet, I decide to upload files onto the ftp and let people download them, will the downloads affect my server?
I cannot see my droplet, only billing and support is visible. I know, I should open a support ticket, but when I click on "Create Ticket" button, it stays there nothing happens, so I am unable to open support ticket.
