I dont actually want to write here, but seem like my questions are ignored in support.
I actually had a droplet in disconnected network state, if DO decided to discounect I guess I had no choice BUT! I have to backup data , To backup data I need to access tools like SFTP , PHPMYADMIN ,
Websites are down and clients are complaining , some contracts got even cancelled.
My questions and complains are ignored and I am very unhappy with it.

well, its a reason for me to hate digital ocean from thjis moment. my clients will rape me.
=)) i was ignored too. Waiting for almost 3 days, no solution ! I check tickets every 1hr and nothing happen. My droplet exists in DO for 4 years :((
