hi, i am interesting of your vps solutions but i didnt see any test server provide for ping/download testing

I don't work for them -- but why not just try signing up and giving it a go? It's $5/month and they do prorate I believe if you decide to cancel early.

You can certainly sign up and test out the service directly with just an email and we also provide speed tests here:
