Does Console Access works

I tried to access the server via Console Viewer but it does not appear nothing. only a blank white box

    Yes same for me, I’ve tried it in different browsers etc. and it’s the same thing. Just a black box which appears to be unresponsive to any keypresses or mouse clicks. On some occasions some text appears and I have even been able to enter my login password correctly once but the majority of the time it simply doesn’t work

The HTML5 console should be working. A trick is to click on the console viewer, then maybe close your browser tab and re-connect to the console viewer in a new tab. Be aware that the HTML5 console will time out after 15 minutes.

It has been reported to us in the past that IE8 doesn't support HTML5 which is why it says canvas not supported. Canvas is an html element that is only available in HTML5 and it seems that IE8 doesn't support that. We recommend Chrome and Firefox as they support HTML5 and should work correctly.

hello

but does not work for me. i tried firefox google chrome. i get only a blanck page were nothing appears. i can send you a screen shot if you want

If you are having issues with the console please open a support ticket.

We are rewriting portions of the control panel and will be focusing heavily on console access and you should see the new items rolling out in the next 3-4 weeks.

i get this too, the solution for me, it not just to click on it, but to press a key, like Enter. that usually brings it up for me.
