They informed may that my Droplet “may” have been compromised because I have VestaCP software installed. However, they gave me a list of instructions and which I did, but now they are not getting back to me. I don’t know what to do, I have over a dozen domains on that droplet. And I checked, I didn’t see a compromise, maybe they saw more than me. I don’t know, but to just disable it without warning, I don’t understand.
Now, I am trying to reach them, and no response for over half a day.

I’d be happy to look into this for you if you can share your ticket number. Unfortunately the VestaCP exploit required disabling a lot of droplets in order to prevent further attacks and infection and because of this our team is seeing a high ticket volume for the team that handles abuse related issues.
