The digital ocean provides 1GB RAM and 25GB SSD for 5$ droplet. I have two questions
- does that 1gb ram memory include os memory also or it is sole 1GB for app memory?
- does SSD include OS hard disk space also or is is sole 25GB SSD?

The 1GB is purely RAM, where the 25GB is your total disk. This is a full computer dedicated to you, so the OS will take up both memory and disk space inside of that allocation. The OS should be using minimal amounts by default, only supporting the basics that you need to run your applications. It can likely be reduced further with some creative tweaking.
