How is your domain redirecting to your ip address? Is it run through digitalocean? What seems to be happening is that the www part of the domain is being recognized as a subdomain instead of just a normal domain. Make sure that www isn’t a subdomain redirecting somewhere. Other than that I don’t see why it shouldn’t work.
