Correct, you'd change the DNS to:

ns1.digitalocean.com
ns2.digitalocean.com
ns3.digitalocean.com

You'll need to make sure you've added your domain via the DigitalOcean control panel so you can manage your DNS Zone.

To to this, log in to the DigitalOcean control panel and click on Networking from the top menu. From there you'll be able to add your domain which will auto-populate with a few DNS records.

Once the domain is setup through the control panel, you'll need to add your DNS own records to the zone, specifically an A entry that points your domain to your Droplet.

That'd look something like:

A @ DROPLET_IP

Where DROPLET_IP is the IPv4 IP of the Droplet that you've deployed and will be setting up Django on.
