após ficar um tempo sem atualizar meu site, caiu e quando comecei do zero outra vez a sincronizar meu domínio com digitalocean ele aparece que meu domínio já existe

The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain example.com: Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.
Having said that domain name is most probably still present in your old account, making it unavailable to add to your new account.
If you want to have the domain name under your new account you can delete it from the old account and then add it under your new one.

Have you created a new account? If yes, it’s possible your domain is stuck in your old account. You’ll either need to enter your old account and remove the domain from there or contact DigitalOcean’s Support and ask them to help you with adding of your domain to the platform.
