Hi Admin At 11:08 a.m. to 11:26 a.m. my side had a downed droplet. I would like to ask why is this happening and how often does it happen? Meanwhile it happens that I do not receive notifications from the DO but have to go through the tool monitor. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi @f320356f1572-4cab-b8cc-0063a7,
What tool to monitor your Droplet are you using? As mentioned I can’t see any issues at the status page, are you using a third party tool? Bear in mind sometimes those have some false-positives. Additionally, check your logs on your Droplet to see if any downtime was logged around the time you expect. It’s possible your Droplet ran out of Memory and had to kill some processes.
Hello @f320356f1572-4cab-b8cc-0063a7
I’m unable to see any reported issues from our end. You can check this as well using our status page
https://status.digitalocean.com/
What was the exact issue with the droplet and was your droplet just “stuck” and needing a reboot?
You can also reach out to our support team for additional information.
Regards
