My droplet is not opening from 10-06-2020 1:40 PM. What is the risk with this? bandwidth, overload? Memory and CPU usage is showing below 66%. In my droplet graph Load average (3.36), Disk I/O (20.5MB/s) are showing some higher value on this period than previous time.

Hello, @shihabcareers

If you’re droplet is not responsive when you’re trying to access it via ssh, you can try to access it using the DigitalOcean console. Additionally you can try to reboot the droplet but this should be a last resort option.

You can find more information about the console access using this link:

Once you’re logged in you can check the server’s performance like CPU, RAM and I/O usage in order to see what’s causing the issue for you.

You can check our tutorial on how to monitor the CPU usage using this link:

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

The amount of memory, the size of the cache, the speed of the input and output, and the speed and availability of processing power are key elements that affect the performance of your infrastructure. In this article, we'll focus on understanding and monitoring CPU usage. We'll describe how to use two common utilities in order to learn about your CPU usage, how to set up DigitalOcean monitoring to watch performance over time, and how to set set Alert Policies to notify you about significant chang
