After updating the droplet, I did a reboot. Now, the server is not starting at all.
When I try to ssh it, I get a “connection timeout” error.
The web console is also not working.

Usually, the issue is related to the network not starting which can be resolved by using the Web Console. Having said that, if you have tried that and it’s not working as well, I’ll recommend contacting support about it.
