Droplet not starting after power-off

The server is automatically shutdown. When I trying to start the server again is showing error “Sorry, we had a problem turning your Droplet on. Please try again.”. Please restart our server as soon as possible.

My droplet was powered-off by Digital Ocean admin due to delayed payments, my question is how long would it take to be powered-on again?

The same issue has been reported in the following topic Droplet not starting

To summarize, go to your Dashboard-> kernal tab and try mounting the recovery kernel. This should allow you to run your droplet in safe mode.

In regards as to how to repair the droplet, this will depend on what happened and what has been damaged.
